  Championship Table Corrected 

Down Came The Rain, Along Came Lewis
The end result gives the impression of same old, same old... The reality was a bit different. A Lewis/Nico one/two on the grid looked safe enough, but no one could have predicted what happened next. Off the line Massa and Bottas were simply stunnung as they went past the Mercs and the race was on.

Both Lotus cars along with Button crashed out on the first lap, with Alonso needing a new front wing. Nasr didn't get to the start and Verstapen went off early.

With twenty laps to go the British Summer did it's usual bit and down came the rain. The Williams couldn't handle it, the Mercs could, and Lewis called it bang on. Vettel, who had been pretty dull for most of the race got it spot on and took the third step on the podium, with Rosberg second and a crowd pleasing Hamilton taking the win.

Possibly the best race of the season so far and a little respite from all the troubles F1 is currently going through.

In The FGP...

Once again, the top ten race order is a little different. True Gunner takes the win with a massive points haul... and it's their bonus race too!

The British GP is always a popular choice as a bonus race. This time cores varied from 299 to 702, so some winners and some big losers from that decision.

The top of the table has taken a big change with the Top 6 all being bonus race players. Gingers OMG Kahunas are the new leaders. Previous leaders Fortune & Glory have slipped down to ninth. It's early days in this phase of the Championship and a lot more changes are likely.
